Marhaba with English breakfast tea

Good morning from the marhaba lounge in Dubai.

Quite warm in here today but the service is fantastic as always, usual staff manning the doors and lots of welcome back smiles waiting for me is I walked in.

Nicely ensconced in my favourite pod drinking tea and pretending that I am captain of the enterprise.

And yes the chair still squeaks

Ha ha ha Commander, I sadly didn't see this until after I had left the lounge.

Please don't tell them about the squeak in pod 3, I'd imagine they'd attack it with WD40 and I have come to like the little squeak.. its like an additional welcome back

Flight back was great despite some PE pax stealing the bar and using their baby to distract the crew... Luckily I had season 2 of The Expanse to watch and a very proactive crew offering food and drinks all flight.
