Just booked a return flight to New Bern, NC (EWN) via ATL with VS/DL from LHR (no Premium Economy from MAN ).

Having looked at both booking with either VS and with DL, DL was nearly £100 cheaper so I booked through them.

Anyway the VS PNR I now see online is a right mess!!

I've booked Premium Economy/Delta Comfort+ both ways, however, the VS booking is showing the outbound DL4364 (VS103) flight as Upper Class but showing the Premium Economy seat map and seat number!!

Everything is correct on the DL booking and I can select seats via the DL website / app as to be expected.

The only thing the DL website wouldn't let me do was book seats on the VS op'ed flights during the actual booking process as it showed the VS A346 seats map but with no premium economy cabin!!

I've spoken to VS and they say that everything is correct at their end as well and they will get it raised with the website team

It is probably because you are booked under a G-class ticket through Delta, which as we all know translates to an Upper reward.

I've had a similar issue booking LHR-BOS-LHR (VS out, DL back) under a cheap O class tickets booked through VS. Trouble is for Delta an 'O' is a Business reward ticket so I was listed as travelling in Delta One but only got the Economy seatmap, but couldn't select a ticket as it was the wrong fare class. It resolved itself eventually.

It's just one of those things where fare codes don't line up.

I have similar issues with mine now too. Got a mixed bag with my codes as outbound we are MAN-SFO (Economy) then SFO-LAX and LAX to LAS both Delta domestic First, then coming back direct LAS-MAN we're in premium. Thankfully before the new economy options took effect I'd selected seats for the two Delta flights and the return home, however if I was to now try and change my seats for the return, it won't let me select any other seat in PE. More than likely it is because of the G-Class ticket issue as mentioned above, as the 2 DL flights and the return VS flight are all down as G's with them all being booked under DL flight codes.

I've checked my fare codes and on the flight mentioned above, DL have booked me on an 'A' fare on the outbound DL4364 (VS103) and 'G' fare on the return DL4365 (VS104) flight, yet the return flight is showing the correct Premium cabin in the VS PNR, so who knows whats going on!!
