Are these very hard to find?

We are looking for LHR or LGW to St Lucia for next Jan/Feb but nothing is showing at the moment.

Any past experience of people picking up Gs on this route and, if so, when did they appear?

Thanks!

Can't really say about when. They appear and get snapped up on a week by week basis.

When I went to Antigua at the end of August last year, there were 4 G's on my flight (I didn't take one), as the load was very light in Upper. Primarily due to it technically being hurricane season.

I'd say any route that flys a 744 is going to be harder to find G's on than something with a 332 or 333 due to the 744 having a lot less Upper seats.

Best of luck.

I would also suspect that G's to the Caribbean are being restricted due to the A333-200s currently on these routes from LGW :-(

There was almost nothing for Cancun for the whole of this year when we were looking to book up in late November 2017. Looked at Grenada (stop and drop-off in St Lucia first) and there were lots of 'G' availability in late May, early June. Maybe they start releasing the reward seats a little closer to flying than you're currently looking at?

I have actually seen G's on the 332 routes, so I don't think it is a blanket rule.

Yup - I have a couple of G's booked LGW-BGI in June.
