JFK CH - Spa Showers - MORNING Flight

I'm looking at the morning JFK-LHR flight. I know the spa is closed on the morning so no treatments but what about the showers?

Anyone know if they are available even though the spa is closed.

Yes they are available - The showers are in the corridor with the toilets, whereas the Spa is in a different area

Silly question, but do they provide you with towels or must you bring your own?

Restus - they provide towels.

When you are in the JFK Clubhouse, just ask one of the attendants and they will prepare one of the shower rooms for you (there is sometimes a bit of a wait but they will come and find you when one is available). Towels as well as shampoo / shower gel in the dispensers on the wall are provided for you.
