Wow, yeah I see what you mean.....it's does go on a bit doesn't it!! Just tested it calling the Flying Club Gold line.

Noticed as well, VS have also added a new menu option for 'passengers effected by flight schedule changes'. which I guess is having an impact on call centre wait times.
