We have a family wedding in Mexico next April, And as Virgin will no longer be flying there, all other routes more expensive. I have shocked my hubby to the core by booking Tui 787/9 Dreamliner from Manchester. No B.A. never, tried them once and it was awful, friends and family have said no change to that. :-O it has been many years since I went with then Thomson, Thomas Cook. My son has used them before and his wife, whom has said I may like it more than my 747 flights :-O So a new adventure in there premium class and a chance to sample there fayre. No change though from my Crown Plaza stay at Manchester Airport the night before. :-D

I've done TOM 787 Premium a couple of times and using them from BHX - MBJ next month and LGW - HKT in February. Never had a problem and nice service, Lounge access also thrown in!

Never flown Thomson/TUI onboard their 787's personally, but speaking to those who have they haven't really grumbled about the experience. Someone who I know flew SID-BRS the other day in the Premium cabin that was declassified to Economy for that flight and was impressed.

Put it this way, I'd seriously consider them for Florida trips if it wasn't for the fact they flew into SFB which is more out of the way from the parks/West Coast compared to MCO. They're the only UK airline left flying into SFB nowadays after Thomas Cook moved to MCO and others merged/went bust.
