So I have ventured stateside one too many times, and other than a little get away to DXB, its now time to set my sights east!

Itinerary is as follows:
27.09 Me and my best mate fly out to Hong Kong, land at 16:00 on the 28th. (My birthday....I didn't plan this well!)
Gives us 29/30th for sightseeing and exploring Hong Kong with a birthday meal obviously on the night of the 28th.
My mate flies home on the 30th on the 207 so I get rid of him (Jokes!) at 2300.
I then have the 1st on my own in Hong Kong.
2nd I fly to Singapore on SQ in Business Class and spend a week there in the Conrad Centennial
9th I fly to Delhi again in Business on SQ, so both of those will be travel days mooching around whatever lounges I can get in to.
10th through to the 13th will be in Delhi and then flying back on the 13th or possibly the 14th. (Everything is booked except the return flight, so if VS don't release reward seats in that second week in October, or something else happens that causes them to drop the route between now and when I book it in a fortnights time when its released I am in trouble...but its a gamble I am willing to take at this stage to make sure I got the outbound flight availability, Ste's return, and the extremely cheap fares I found for the SQ business class on a 350 and 380 so something I have wanted to do for so so long.

Now my question V-Flyers is any recommendations on either of the three destinations, either HKG, SIN or DEL that you might have that aren't the obvious Touristy type places that you get off a quick Google search? Particularly looking for decent Veggie or Vegan places!

Is your mate really going all that way for just one full day in HK? Good effort if so!
Can provide recommendations for all 3 destinations but I’m afraid best advice is as above, can you reduce your time in Singapore? Compared to your other destinations really needs only one or two nights tops.
