PE Upgrade from Economy using miles

Hi,

Quick question did I read somewhere that all fare classes in economy delight or classic are now upgradable?

Does there still need to be reward availability in PE and if so what fare code needs to be available?

Yes they are upgradable but there still needs to be reward availability in PE in the P fare bucket.
