Breakfast

Orange juice
Green juice
Cereals - corn flakes, bran flakes, Rice Krispies, muesli
Fresh fruit salad with plain yoghurt
Croissant with preserves
Almond croissant
Bacon butty
English breakfast omelette - cheese and spinach omelette, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, rosti, baked beans
Eggs Florentine

OH and I both had the bacon butty which has had good reviews from V-Flyers. We found it somewhat bland, may have been a bad day or a change of supplier? Fresh fruit salad was good.

Main meal

Starters
Smoked salmon, avocado, mango sauce and wanton chips
Courgette soup
Quinoa and kale salad

Breads - roasted garlic braid, mini brioche bun, multi-grain stick

Main course
Beef fillet with red wine jus
Bacon wrapped chicken breast
Thai sweet potato stew
Charred cod with mango salad

Puddings
Lemon and poppy seed pudding with vanilla sauce
Raspberry cheesecake and key lime mousse

Cheeses
Green hill from Sweet Grass Dairy
Port Reyes Bay Blue
Karst Caved Aged

Neither of us had a starter, OH had the beef fillet and enjoyed it greatly, I had the charred cod and wished I hadn't bothered. We both had the cheesecake and mousse which were good and well-presented though the key lime flavour wasn't obvious.

I think it was about three hours before landing that they did the pre meal drinks run and the meal followed on from that without rushing you but without long delays.
