Tristar/Alternative

Used tristar several times via Virgin and directly but have emailed them twice requesting a quote and get no reply. Also their link via the MAN website does not work although their main direct site does.
Anyone know if they are having issues at this time? Also can anyone recommend another company to get me back form Manchester to Cumbria?
