My family were travelling onboard VS76 on Sunday that was diverted to BOS due to a passenger falling ill. Have to praise all of the VA crew for keeping us informed of the situation, the manner in which they dealt with the passenger (who despite some reports I have seen was NOT unruly - his behaviour was as a result of the medical episode he had suffered), offering drinks during the unplanned stopover, and for managing to get us airborne again before the duty hours ran out. Very professionally handled.
