A332 Economy Power

A friend is on the A332 tomorrow and was wondering if there’s power to charge a laptop in economy?

According to the VS website, there is only USB in Economy on the A332s.

I've only ever sat in Upper Class on the A332s which does have universal power sockets as well as USB sockets.
