No surprise. In fact, with only around 100 arrivals and 100 departures a day (compared to 700 normally), they could probably consolidate everything into one terminal. BA wouldn’t like that though, so it won’t happen.

It's not that BA won't like it it's that T5 was set up to BA specs and they use a different IT system to the rest of LHR.
Until recently IB had to use BA software to be able to operate out of T5 until they managed to patch IB software into BAs.
In the other terminals airlines use a generic HAL system so it's much easier to move airlines around.
