MAN JFK 31/3 return 15/6

march 31 flight , cancelled by VS

refund requested

no refund yet, still not had even the email of "refund request" receipt

interestingly, got a bizarre auto email today about just the june 15 return, but they sent a cancellation email for that flight a few weeks ago.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 we have significantly reduced our flying programme and need your help in getting you rebooked. Please be aware we have options to keep your ticket open which are subject to terms and conditions.
