Rebook my flights form only for return flights?

Hi,

couple of questions really.

We are looking to rebook our Sept London-Miami flight. I went on to the Virgin website but the rebook flights form insists on entering a return flight. Our tickets are one-way. Has anyone a known workaround for that?

Also, I have used the whatsapp number provided to contact Virgin but havent had a response in 3 days. Can anyone advise does the whatsapp method actually work or am I better calling Virgin?

The flight was booked with Virgin directly - its an upper class reward flight and I am worried they wont allow me to choose the date for the re-booking which has to tie in with a new cruise date.

When I used WhatsApp last week to request a refund, VS took 7 days to initially respond to me.

Thanks James. I can't wait that long to re-arrange the flights so called Virgin tonight. Took 1hr 40 minutes to get through and then was transferred to someone else who handles Upper Class bookings (is there a separate number???). Anyway - all sorted and efficiently changed to May 2021 flights with only a £10 extra tax payment to make.
