Recently had my flight cancelled for 24/1 to Montego Bay - Upper return, booked using points.
I was under the impression if I moved to any date pre 31/3, virgin would move and waive fare difference.
However the agent just told me there has to be miles availability to move to, despite the flight being cancelled by virgin.
Anyone else know if this is correct or if it was agent error?
I ended up moving to 12/2 but it’s highly unlikely that’ll go ahead so want to make sure I know our options!
