I have tried contacting Virgin by phone and after 1.75 hrs gave had to give up. So I'm hoping someone here can help.
We have a flight booked to Las Vegas in February using companion seat and airmiles , so All we have paid basically is the taxes. As we are in our 80's there is a fair chance we will cancel due to the covid situation. I know that I can get a refund and allowed 1 name change, but doe this apply to a reward seat, as if we cancel I'd like to gift my son and partner the tickets they are flying club members. I really have tried all ways of contacting virgin with this question, but to no avail.
Any help would be very much appreciated
