So........ Two things......

Had a flight 3 days ago. It's appeared in the list of flights with the correct amount of tier points. My accumulated tier points haven't changed. Issue 1

However, more concerningly, my account balance has dropped by 280,000 points. There's nothing in the activity to indicate a withdrawal

(this is from a web browser: the mobile app reports the same issue)
