Anybody else seen it yet? It's a bit slow loading but looks pretty good on the whole

2 factor authentication in place. Hopefully this is the beginning of a proper IT overhaul :D

VS started rolling this out a few weeks ago, as it was reported here.

Looks like this is now live, though the current bookings links don't yet take you directly to your bookings.

The view booking page is also in the process of getting updated too. Sometimes you see the old version and other times you see the new version (which the the new version is pretty much identical to DL's desktop view booking page).

The online booking engine also sometimes shows the old version and other times shows a new version as well.

Hopefully in a few weeks everything will stick to showing the new versions.

Yes, my account has been changed (but not fully operational as yet as no vouchers shown) but Mrs B has yet to move across.

Thanks to this thread I saw my next booking has changed from the A35o to A330-300 :-( and that Mrs B and myself have been separated! Resolved as best we can

Buns

Buns I feel your pain. We was hoping to fly to SFO on the Airbus 350 back in March. Months earlier we had chosen our seats but a few weeks before departure the plane was changed to a Boeing 787.
Like you we found ourselves separated, in fact they had allocated A10 & K10 meaning we had seats on opposite sides of UC. That decision was obviously made by a brainless moron.

We managed to get our seats changed into 9 &10K but experienced an awful flight. Those seats are right by the bar which was occupied by a group of very loud business chaps for virtually the entire flight duration.

I hope you and Mrs Buns have managed to select better seats.

Well, I'm very happy with the new website for one!
It finally shows my Lifetime Au status in writing, and reveals I had 3 (THREE!) vouchers I never knew about. Two for US CC spend, and one for Gold renewal. Probably had those every year but expired, as didn't know of them!

Any tips for using them - might take the family for Christmas break in UK (NYC>LHR) Can I use two vouchers in one booking? Likely just Economy, don't want to spoil the sprog..!

LREDI wrote:Unable to log in - when i get through the 2 factor it just says 'Account details unavailable'

Reassuring.

Did you manage to get in? I've had the same today, and so called FC. They're saying that someone changed my email address a few days ago, and so they locked the account and someone from their fraud department is to contact me

Seems odd - both the timing (coinciding with the new website) and why, if they locked the account a few days ago due to 'possible fraud by someone changing the email address, causing the account to be locked;' did they not contact me straight away?

New website has now reverted to old, which is annoying. I liked it!

New one showed my reward seat vouchers - can't see them anymore on older style FC page, so is there a trick to do that, or get back to the 'new' version?

thanks

Thank you for sharing that James.

Because of you I tried it in a 3rd Browser ('Edge') and it worked ! Voila: the new website!!

Does not happen on Chrome or Firefox- old browser only. So odd, but happy to have a way to access it all.

Merci
