We’re flying back into LHR next month, due to land at 1215 but it’s normally early.

What’s the latest time we could access the revivals lounge for a shower and breakfast? Suspect we’ll miss out again. Wish they’d stay open until all their red eyes have landed

You can just look at the website where the operating times are listed.

As long as you’re a bit early and out of customs & baggage quickly you should have a little time for revivals.

When we arrived a few weeks ago in May back from IAD, we were delayed and we got to the Revivals at 12.00. Supposed to close at 12.30. We didn’t stay too long, only had a coffee and quick freshen up. But saw people come in between all the way until 12.30. If that helps

Thanks. That’s exactly the info I was looking for. Much appreciated

Is there any story to why the revivals lounge shuts so early generally?

Getting a shower after a long flight is a huge part of the value for me (not really interested in eating) and I usually go there. My next journey, though, comes in at 4pm, so sadly I'll be straight into the car to stew for 4 hours to get home .. :-D

I never got why they don't run a broader schedule there, though, considering how superlative the CH is.

This is my question. Considering that some of the red-eye flights don’t land until 1200 and later, it really would make sense for it to be open until they’ve all landed. We have another 4 hours on the train to get home and would love the chance to freshen up and change clothes after being in them for over 18 hours!

My VS42 doesn't land till 4:30pm on a Friday evening.. so admittedly I am also keen for any opportunity to miss rush hour on the M25  If anyone knows of any separate pay-for landside lounges/revivals/freshening up spots, I'm all ears. I'd stay in the Hilton but annoyingly have to be home before the Saturday morning. Eek!
