Virgin Money Credit Card Vouchers...

Apologies - I can hear the collective moan at another Virgin Money / Flying Club voucher question...

What is the supposed logic behind the timing of when you get your voucher dropped into your account?

My card anniversary is November, but today in June, I'm the lucky recipient of a shining new credit card voucher.

When do I now have to spend £10K by, in order to trigger the next one? Is it November? And is that spend from Nov 24 up until Nov 25?

I definitely haven't spent £10K in 6 months since November 24, so as nice as it is to have a voucher, I'm wondering what that means for my next voucher.

Anyone else had similar issues?

For me last two vouchers have been credited within days of reaching £10k, and seems to be on a rolling 12 month basis - I received on in May 2023 and Jan 2024. Card anniversary is October.

I keep track of my statements/point earnings/voucher emails, and I have noticed that I've been issued vouchers as I cross the £10k threshold, but without needing to wait for that month's statement.

I think this is quite generous of Virgin, but my eligibility definitely only resets on my card anniversary.
