Due to fly out of SFO on the VS42 last night (June 25). At about 22:30 the entire crew came out and the FO (I think, one of the pilots anyway) spoke to all the pax waiting to board (I've never seen that before) at length!
It turns out that one of the passenger windows was damaged and they didn't have the part in SFO.
Pretty impressed with the rebooking system online (flying tonight out of LAX after a short hop on DL).
I can see the plane (G-VNEW) is still at SFO and doesn't appear to be going anywhere today.
Absolutely full flight, so hope everyone made it!
