Anyone know how to get the new site to resend the receipt for a flight? I can only seem to get it to resend a confirmation and even has the "helpful" line at the top "This information is a copy of your itinerary and not a receipt. "
Sorry can't help, but if anyone also knows how to turn off the secondary authentication for the new site I would be eternally grateful! So fed up of waiting for the email to drop through only for it then to have timed out so I end up in a doom loop and can't actually get in!
Both the old and the new style VS booking confirmation emails do have the fare breakdown details at the bottom of them. Not sure why your doesn't? Checked back as I keep all mine and and all do show the fare breakdown.
(The only ones that don't show a fare breakdown are the very old style ones from pre-2018)
Regarding the 2 factor log-in. There is no way to disable that. My email codes always arrive in < 30 seconds. Most iOS versions and newer versions of MacOS have autofill from email now as well as autofill from SMS for 2 factor log-ons.
For anything else, make sure your email client software/app is set to push or automatic rather than something like 'check for emails every xx minutes' or 'check manually'.

Thanks James - the emails are coming through fairly quickly on my phone, but not on the pc despite me constantly refreshing etc - they aren't going into spam/bulk, just taking too long. I'm using Outlook and will look at the settings to see if something is going on. Weirdly though, authentication emails from other websites don't take this long!
When I logged in a couple of weeks ago, it took an hour for the email to arrive. In the meantime, I somehow found my way to the old-style login page. A week later, the email arrived straight away. I guess it’s more of a Microsoft issue as that’s where the code is coming from. I don’t know why they can’t implement two factor authentication using an authenticator app like a lot of other sites
