Reward flight cancellation - points not returned

Hi all,

I cancelled 2 UC return reward bookings via the online form for 3 people over 3 weeks ago, about a week ago the cash refund hit. However, no points have been returned.. I am looking to rebook but can’t until the points get back on the account. Any ideas how long this takes?

Points are normally instantly or within 24 hours. Call them up and they will do it on the spot. I had to cancel reward seats and rebook. points are normally re deposited back straight away. So I called half an hour later (as I wanted to book the UC reward seats) and she manually deposited the points back on my account so I could buy new reward seats
