Hello

I've just done the points booster for my August flights, and this is what it says on my confirmation email:

Your Name: FFNAME LLNAME
Virgin Atlantic Flying Club Number: FFNUMBER

- I've checked previous booster emails and they have always shown my actual name and number so I'm a bit concerned that somehow this transaction hasn't been associated with my account? Obviously I can call up, but has anyone else had one of these - I'm thinking that maybe it had logged me out but let me do it anyway?

Go back into your flight details (logged in) and try and boost again. If it doesn’t let you, you know you’re fine, if it does, I’m guessing a call is needed.

I had an issue when I moved a boosted flight and tried to boost it again (as it posted the miles after the original flight had taken place) It knew the flight had been boosted even with the change and wouldn’t let me do it again.
