Just a word of advice - never reply to a VS Post on Instagram. It goes to an AI Bot and you then get hassled by their Kenyan "Customer Service" call centre... who are as much use as a chocolate teapot.

If you are in Flying Club, call the appropriate number for your membership level - you will likely get answered by Swansea. You will be able to understand what the agent is saying / the VOIP call will not constantly break up.

I really wish that all UK companies would learn that offshored (they call then "best-shored") call centres don't work.

P.S. Swansea sorted my issue. Am still getting hassling calls on WhatsApp from a +254 (Kenya) number which will be Virgin.
