Boosting Points after having flown?

Did Upper return Boston in October & decided to boost points flown as thru the new system there are some good points use flights availability for our next trips there . The ability to Boost is no longer available on line & I now need to use the Chat line or call to do so apparently. I cant see the ability to use a Chat Line available when in my FFC account either now?
Try as I might phoning the two numbers available, supposedly to be able to Boost, after 1 hour each time (4 times on each number now) holding, to then be cut off I thought I would ask the question on here,
is there now no way of getting thru to someone on a dedicated Boost line does anyone far more knowledgeable than me knows about please?

If I've wanted to boost after a flight I've just called up the regular FC number. As you flew UC I think you could legitimately choose the UC option and then you will get to speak to someone who knows what they are doing!

FYI - point booster is back available.

You need to be logged into flying club and going to manage my booking and select « show more » and you can now boost points online.
