Looking at a reward flight x 2 in PE from JFK to London, this has jumped to 500k over the weekend, but I can see a flight a couple of hours earlier for only 36000 for the two plus a couple of hundred bucks. It's showing 90 minutes in Boston for the changeover.

Is that long enough? Assuming so, otherwise, it wouldn't be offered as an option.

Hell no, I have global entry and I wouldn't risk a 90 minute change over, you have to clear immigration, collect your bags, clear customs then walk to the other terminal which is a bit of a walk, drop bags, and clear TSA.

In Boston I would want at least 2 1/2 hours.

If I read this correctly - you are looking at JFK-BOS-LHR ? (Not the other way around)? if so then 90 minutes may be tight but if the airline are offering it then it is doable subject to no delays etc.

I'd also check if you miss the connection in BOS is there a later flight you could be moved onto? Obviously they will get you to LHR if you miss the flight but you don't want to then be overnighting in BOS (unless of course you do want to)
