It does look like there's currently an issue with the VS website. After checking my account, I can now only go as far back as 6th Jan 2025. I've seen it go a lot further back than that previously!

You could try the app? Though if it's anything like mine, I've never been able to view my FC account section via the app as I always get the 'SkyMiles Data Error - Try Again'. Everything else works via the app just not my FC account section!

The Virgin Red app displays transactions but no tier points.

There does seem to be a number of issues right now as when I view my booked flights, every single flight leg is currently displayed (outbound, connecting and return etc.) separately for each booking rather than it just showing each booking now for some reason?
