I have just been advised that the LHR UC wing check is closed temporarily due to the cyber attack on the external provider. Not sure how it is any different to the T3 check in desks which are operational - disappointed
The check-in desks in the UC Wing will use identical software to the ones down below in the main check-in area. Guess it is just a case of turning off computers that process fewer passengers to stop them getting "hit" further by the cyber attack (which has allegedly not gone away). Once Collins Aerospace find a fix they can release it to offline computers in a controlled way before bringing them back online.
Still ongoing and still remains closed. VS also recommending everyone uses OLCI and only arrives at LHR no more than 3 hours before departure.

Looks like the Upper Class Wing might be back open again. People on another forum are reporting they have received email confirmation of it being back open. Plus the statement on the VS website no long mentions DTCI being closed, it doesn't even mention it at all. I'm pretty sure the closure message was still there yesterday afternoon (29/09).
VS Trade confirm the Wing is open again from today, Sept 30th:
VSbulletin: Our Upper Class Wing at London Heathrow has reopened – 30 September 2025
We’re pleased to advise that our Upper Class Wing is now open. If your customers are eligible and planning to use this facility, they should proceed to the Upper Class Wing as normal.
While the third-party system disruption continues, please advise your customers to:
Check in online 24 hours before their scheduled departure time, at virginatlantic.com or in the Virgin Atlantic app.
We recommend arriving at the airport three hours before departure.
