Virgin Atlantic has issued details of its spring/summer 2026 menus for all cabins and the LHR Clubhouse:

https://corporate.virginatlantic.com/gb ... -menu.html

The new Upper Class menu offers a sophisticated selection of seasonal dishes showcasing bold flavours and premium ingredients. Highlights include truffle and garlic-stuffed chicken with a crisp panko coating, and summer greens, chilli and lime roasted salmon with potato gratin, pea tortellini with pistachio and mint pesto cream, and a buttermilk chicken burger in a brioche bun with pickles, sriracha ketchup and Cajun-spiced wedges. Vegan travellers are equally well catered for, with crispy tofu served with XO sauce, jasmine rice and pineapple salsa. Desserts include a white chocolate and passion fruit bavarois, alongside a fan-favourite sticky toffee pudding served with cream.

I see from a post on Facebook Virgin now offer a Beef Burger in the clubhouse at LHR, hopefully this is the start to getting beef option back onboard

Gone for the butter chicken in a brioche bun again as I had that in Feb flying to LAX and it was really good.

The link to that page now becomes available via the VS app the usual 7 days before departure.

i have the same choices for me VS109 flight on Friday. First time I have seen an extended menu from MAN. I have gone for the Dhaba Curry and my wife the Buttermilk Chicken. I am curious to see if they actually get loaded.

Maybe VS are finally listened and offering MAN pax the same pre-order selection as LHR pax as I'd raised that issue several times with VS!

This was the chicken in a brioche bun in Feb on the VS7 (hopefully it's still the same now):

I’m flying VS91 on Wednesday and I know once upon a time the early departures would serve the tea/main meal the other way round to make up for the timing.

Is that still the case, or will a full meal be served at 9am? Thanks :)

I’m on the 91 in a few weeks time, last year on the 91, they did ask everyone around 9am whether they wanted “lunch” then but did acknowledge that it was kinda silly and I think the majority of the cabin waited until half eleven ish which worked out fine.

Having just flown to TPA and back, here's my menu selection. This is one of the best menus I've had on VS for a long time.

I had the Sticky Korean gochujang chicken for my starter which was excellent and did have a nice spice kick to it (though not recommend for those who don't like spicy food):

For my main, I had the pre-order exclusive chicken in a brioche bun again (as I'd had this earlier in the year). Again very good:

For desert I had the white chocolate and passion fruit bavarois which was delicious:

The afternoon tea service was good but seemed to be now missing the mini quiches which I've had previously?

Looks god here's hoping we get a few more meal options from MAN. I do like a soup or salad as a starter mind you. I had an excellent caesar salad on VS last summer.
