the tv screens on j2000 dont move but i see why you ask the question they do look far away from u in pics, but when ur in the seat they are easily viewable and u will spend most of your flight in some sort of recline position anyway so u will be about level with the screen.
no idea what they are doing with them when they put in suites i asked the same question a while ago no one had any idea but i think its a shame to throw them away i would buy a couple, i'm sad i know!
Well they can be converted to work in a non-aircraft environment. Going back a few years I remember a set of them in the LHR CLubhouse just past reception where they were there for you to try out yourself.

A little off topic but a similar theme.
A few years back when Harvey Nichols re-modelled the Fifth Floor restaurant I secured a couple of the outgoing restaurant chairs. They were purpose built for the original opening back in the early nineties and exclusive to HN, very 'art deco' in styling. They now occupy pride of place in my company's reception area!
