LGW V.Touch Treatments

I am travelling UC in February from LGW and would like to book a V.Touch treatment. How far in advance are you able to pre-book the treatments? Finally, where can I find a listing of what treatments are available?

P.S.
Does any wise bod here know why VS has blocked all the seats in row 11 & 12?
