I particularly like the bit:

What sort of a lame excuse is that? Surely they could fill a few old cole mines or valleys with it!:D

I grew up on the wirral and my parents still live there (hello Mum!) the Dee estuary is very spectacular and is avery impressive nature reserve however, there is a fair bit of inductry along its edge and is very wide.

All that said, watching the Airbus Super Transporter takeoff with a consignment of wings was quite a spectacular site.
