Looks like VS027 went tech yesterday and this is the replacement.

Think John is right - flight status on VA website would confirm both yesterday's VS27 and todays VS28 affected

The aircraft that was supposed to operate the VS27 went tech in Orlando hence why an extra flight was added to get everyone out and everyone home!!
