Phones down

Bless VS.
Phones were down for some time this morning - couldn't get through on any number. Rang HQ and told that both systems (inc. backup had failed)... None the less, seems to work now!

That's spooky!!!!

130,000 people living in Manchester have also lost their phone lines/Internet/ADSL/Leased lines this morning due to a fire in a BT pipe under a road there.
