Flew out to Havana in PE and 3 of us had broken screens. We were offered DVD's to ease the pain for the flight.

Anyone think it's worth being a moaner to Virgin about it - especially as the UC food on the way back was simply a joke too?

Definitely worth feeding back. Hopefully VS will get the message regarding the food: it seems to get worse and worse, judging by the reports here.

As BC has already said yes it's a good idea to let VS have your feedback.

Just curious which A/C were you on? The reason I ask is that I was on G-VAST going to NAS on July 18th and I know there were problems with Odyssey on the upper deck in PE.

Sounds like the same plane as the crew were aware of the problem immediately and said they'd not been able to fix it from an earlier flight. Think it was the VS63 or 64 on Sunday 24th July to Havana, upper deck in rows 73 and 74. Same plane?
