Today when I was on the VS website, for no particular reason I clicked on to the "Your statement" link and found this As someone who has had her e-tickets rejected by her email provider this is a welcome addition. Well done VS :D

Incidentally I emailed VS during the week as I still hadn't received my e-tickets for either Dubai or Washington in spite of promises that the paper ticket would be sent out. By return I received a reply apologising, offering me 5,000 miles and stating the tickets would be sent out to me within three working days. An hour later the Dubai e-ticket came through (long before I had seen the above link) but a follow-up e-mail said my Washington ticket would be sent through the post. Still waiting!!

Oh yeh. That happened ages ago. Loads of us used to have all our VS stuff junkmailed. But that all stopped, um, about 10 months ago. Been getting everything fine since then. Didn't any of us tell you. No? Oh, sorry about that.;);)

Well I don't know if my other VS stuff was junk-mailed as I never got it but I never had problems with e-tickets till August.

Perhaps if I scrolled down the page more often.......

hmm, you'd think Virgin.net would be able to whitelist anything coming from other Virgin companies.

Can't say anything from Virgin has been junked my end.....got spam filtera set up but everything from vthem seems to get through without problem (As far as I know anyway)......using Bigfoot and NTL and some custom filters set up in Outlook Express.
For my last flight, the e-ticket info arrived by email in a few minutes - not that I actually needed to show anything on my outbound flight - just a scan of my passport and that was it.

I've not had that problem. The biggest issue I have with VS eticket receipts in that they don't get processed by VS for some reason. I always have to call FC to get them nudged through the system. They say it's something to do with my credit card verification - though VS is the only company that seems to have trouble processing it!
