Just what I was thinking. It seems that most of the "who cares about the amenity packs" are the frequent Upper Class travellers. So offer the two levels of packs to help make the trip "special" for the people who have scrimped and saved for the upgrade, or it is a once a year treat.
But we shouldn't have to ask!!!! The computer must be smart enough to tell which seats to put which packs in....
First time on VS upper class in 'X' months, must be an infrequent flyer and might appreciate the "special" pack.
Simple!
