What with all the hassle everyone has been having with MBNA crediting FC miles correctly it now seems they're screwing up their paper statements [n] Mine arrived today, as did other half's. His clearly shows Flying Club Miles Earned £xxxx at the foot of the statement (just above the New balance this statement line.

Mine makes no mention of Flying Club Miles Earned - the line is missing [:?]

On checking our FC accounts he's had his miles credited, I haven't [:(!]

Now on hold with MBNA, have been for 17 mins so far!

At least they have an 0800 number, most credit card companies make you pay to call them to fix their mistakes.

No none of my on-line statements have ever made mention of miles, until now there's been no problem with miles being credited!
