Millenium/Copthorne Hotels

On my recent trip to Australia and NZ I stopped a few nights at hotels within this chain. All hotels confirmed that VS were a partner and mileage was available to the rate I had booked.

I was wondering if anyone had any mileage posted previously from this chain. Any advise on how long it took for miles to post and whether they needed to be chased would be appreciated....

I have receipts etc but was hoping not to have to get on the phone to plead...[V]

Never had a problem with them, if in doubt keep hold of all the paperwork and get on to the FC if they don't post.

Mileage has always appeared quite quickly from the ones I've used

stayed at two Milleniums (or should that be Millenia...doubt it) in last year (Boston and Glasgow) despite supplying FC number miles were not credited automatically and had to send reciepts etc to FC to get miles and this took weeks.

I guess it looks like lottery status given the differing experiences. For those that did get miles credited - How long did it take for them to hit your account???
