I had a question about my amex account, of course this being 2007 even the US Platinum line is now answered by a machine rather than a human [:(!] this does not make for a happy Scrooge..I hate trying to get info with these things, the only thing worse is getting put through to one of those call centers....anyways....so me being me when it asks me what I want I say "give me a f**king human being"......next thing I hear is...."connecting you to a representative" [:0] ....happy Scrooge
