Just sitting here thinking to myself, with the way most domestic flights are in first (they suck)with the exception of the UA PS service link there is nothing to right home about.

I know MGM Air link tried and failed, but that was at a time when flying in first still meant a little something on domestic routes.

With Maxjet soon having bases in New York and LA/LAS and offering what would be an outstanding domestic product I know I would use them, of course would I be the only one.

I definitely think there would be demand for a service by maxjet; everyone knows the US majors all pretty much suck and a carrier like Maxjet would be welcomed by the consumer, less so by the legacy carriers;).
However, from a physical product point of view, maxjet is worse than, say, AA which uses a 2-1-2 config in F compared to 2-2-2 on maxjet.

45.

True, but a first class ticket with AA would run around $4k, a business class ticket which has 2-2-2 seating and only 49" of seat pitch runs around $2500 or so.

I am sure MY could undercut these prices, offer a better product than AA etc and sure as help themselves when it comes to using their aircraft to the Max.
