I gamely tried to watch all of the webcast today, but a combination of iffy music and waffle defeated me. I did chuckle over how, according to Boeing, the 787 would make flying something special and fun again and that I, the SLF, would benefit from the wider aisles and seats.[:o)][:o)]

If anyone wants to carry on, I got as far as someone bashing a tune out of a piano while seeing a montage of shots of a mocked-up interior. Every pax being extremely gorgeous and sipping champange in more room than I've ever seen on an airliner. [:?]

Not usually this negative, but I think W. James McNerney, Jr. needs to fly in the real world of Y class and not his private jet.... [V]
