Another UK Amex Plat Question

Have searched but cant find

Does anyone know if the hotel reward memberships you get when you take out an Amex Plat Card are renewed annualy as long as you still have the Amex card or do you have to re qualify for them before they expire. Im actually only interested in the SPG Gold that I currently have (and got with my Plat) but will just miss qualifying for gold again.

SPG Gold is renewed automatically, as is Sofitel. But HiltonHonors is a one year only thing, unless you requalify with stays.
