Has anyone else recieved this year's glossy brochure?

Why on Earth AmEx have produced such a brochure is absolutely beyond me. What an absolute waste of paper. Bearing in mind that most cards in the UK have an earning ratio of 1 MR point per £ spent, how many members in reality have this many MR points kicking aroud:

1 Year lease on a Lamborghini Gallardo: 10,205,600 MR Points
New 27ft Boat: 31,000,000 MR Points
Lalique crystal sculpture: 1,024,300 MR Points
£10,000 Harrods Gift Card: 2,000,000 MR Points
Gaggia Deluxe Espresso machine: 376,000 MR points

Mmm, methinks I would rather transfer the points into my mileage program of choice. Sure there are some people that have millions of MR points, but the number is very tiny.

Thanks,
Richard

I am just now getting into my little catalog...

First thing I notice is that whoever put this together must of been smoking crack..in large quantities....or thinks we the card holders are abusing the pipe.

Lets see, very first thing I see is a very nice Aquaracer watch, retail price $1100...not cheap...Amex price 230,000 points [:0]

Well let's look at the iphone...it needs to be activated with AT&T..and is only 71k points..or $399...

External 40G HD...a mere 55k points...or $100 for a 300 gig at frys [:?]

40" Sony lcd tv.....480k points or retail of $1900

VS UC return...100K or $4k retail....let me see, where will my MR points be going [:w]
