TravelBag ??

I need some advise please - I am heading to HK in January and have looked at all the costs from all the airlines - All are within £200 of each other for business class - then I checked TravelBag abd I can save nearly £1000 - Has anybody used tham and any advise before I book same ??

Just use a credit card to protect yourself and make sure they are not booking you into a W class and then calling it J.

I've used them in the past and had no problem with them at all. They used to give Nectar points but not sure whether this has been discontinued.

I've used them twice before and booked Qantas flights the first time and Virgin the second. I had no issues and found them very helpful.

In J on BA or VS you will as all purchased fares* are eligible to earn miles and TPs

Well Travelbag are Ebookers. I have used them a couple of times and only had one bad experience.

To cut a long story short- at time of booking Travelbag confirmed that I could make an hour and 45minute connection from an international to domestic at Atlanta. It was vital I made the connection, of course two days before departure they ring up to say that the carrier has canceled my original connection and I was now on a connection 7 hours later!

Of course the carrier hadn't canceled the connection but advised TB they couldn't connect me in that time. I know this as well and TB denied it. I claimed I wouldn't have booked the flight had they not guaranteed i could make the connection.

Bit of a barny later and they upgraded us on the connecting flight- nothing too impressive really- and gave us some extra nectar points.


And you do still get nectar points AFAIK.

Have only used them once, but they were excellent! Only reason I haven't used them since is that I've got the same prices direct with airlines.
