Carmel Cars / Limos- Mile earning (Not VS though)

When booking a car from Hotel to EWR last week I noticed that Carmel were offering miles for the following programmes

American Advantage
Delta Skymiles
United Mileage Plus
Alaskan Air Mileage Plan
Continental One Pass
US Airways Dividend

Means I got 47 (the $ fare excluding tolls and tips) for my UA account) not many but it extends the 'use by' date!
