SQ A380 New Destination

As a followup - SQ received their 4th A380 yesterday (April 27th) well ahead of the new NRT route launching. link

Beijing - albeit a temporary new destination:
SQ802 / SQ805 from 02 August 2008 to 08 August 2008 inclusive.

I assume that's to tie in with a certain sporting event going on there at that time?!

funny that?! I think the only thing that surprised me was how short the period is. I guess that immediately following this will be the next SQ A380 route. SFO gets frequently mentioned as well as another LHR but nothing has been announced yet.
