SQ lounge access

I'm flying up to singapore next week to meet my parents on their way out to OZ.

They are flying business whereas I will be in the back [;)]

Anyone know if they are allowed to bring guests into the SQ lounge in singapore for the flight back to Perth?

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I seem to recall that you cannot take a guest if travelling in J, only in F. Star Alliance golds are allowed to take a guest though, as are PPS members.

There is no harm in trying on the day though.

Its not a big deal I guess, plenty to do in terminal 3 and probably we will not be at the airport that long.
